About Us: Love Justice International (LJI) is a Christian nonprofit driven by a singular mission: to share the love of Jesus Christ by fighting the world’s greatest injustices. We pursue this calling through two primary efforts—our expanding anti-human trafficking work and the care of orphaned and abandoned children.

We are looking for faithful, compassionate, and mission-driven problem-solvers—people who think deeply about how to fight injustice and share Christ’s love in a broken world. This isn’t just a job; it’s a calling. If you’re searching for an easy, comfortable career, there are plenty of other options. But if you’re drawn to work that demands sacrifice, boldness, and faith, we invite you to apply and explore how you can be part of this mission.

Love Justice International has been recognized as a Best Christian Workplace for four consecutive years (2021–2024). Learn more about who we are, what sets us apart, and our open positions at lovejustice.ngo/careers.

Position Type: Volunteer | Location: Remote

Program and Position Overview:

Love Justice International (LJI) combats human trafficking through transit monitoring—intercepting potential victims at key transportation hubs, where traffickers and victims are most visible. Because trafficking is already underway at these points, our teams can gather vital information to assist law enforcement in arresting traffickers and disrupting trafficking networks. To date, LJI has intercepted over 80,000 individuals, resulting in more than 1,700 arrests. For more information on our impact, visit our website: lovejustice.ngo.

To ensure excellence and accountability across our global operations, Love Justice has developed more than 30 core processes. These structured methods help our partners run their programs effectively in critical areas such as financial management, administration, human resources, data collection, security, potential victim care, investigations, and legal case support. While we aim to standardize these processes for consistency, we remain open to adapting them to meet specific local contexts and operational needs. Developing and implementing these processes is central to our core competency of "searching out the people, places, and tools to maximize mission impact."

We are seeking a Graphic Design Volunteer to support the creation and improvement of internal campaigns. This role involves working closely with the Leads of LJI core processes to design visually compelling resources that effectively communicate LJI’s anti-trafficking initiatives and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and a passion for using compelling design to enhance training and communication.

The Graphic Design Volunteer will report to the Senior Director of International Installation & Compliance. The position will be remote.

The duration of this volunteer opportunity is flexible, but we ask for a minimum commitment of 250 hours over the span of 12 months. Please include a brief cover letter and your resume with your application.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Design Volunteer are the following:

  • Collaborate on the design and development of internal campaigns, ensuring clear and engaging visual representation of program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with FCP Leads and other team members to understand content needs and translate them into effective designs.
  • Create and regularly improve posters and PDF training documents to enhance the quality and accessibility of training materials.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across training and internal communication materials.
  • Provide input on the usability and engagement of materials, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages.

Christian Culture: The work at Love Justice International (including the duties listed above) is conducted within a culture that strives to emulate Christ and make Him first and central. As part of our team, we seek staff who embrace the following expressions of what it means to Abide in Christ, our first Global Value:

  • Our primary identity is in Christ
  • We believe God is sovereign over injustice
  • We are made, called, and led By Christ
  • We commit to connect with Jesus
  • Prayer should be central to our work
  • Our conduct is our testimony

We believe that our mission is not only about what we do but how we do it—through faith, prayer, and obedience to Christ.

Qualifications: The qualifications for this position are the following:

  • Mission & Faith Alignment
    • Knowledge, understanding, and agreement with how the Christian Gospel ministers to “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40) and guides us in our mission
    • Acknowledgment of our Statement of Faith
    • Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations.
  • Experience & Skills
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or higher) in graphic design or a related field.
    • Experience in graphic design with a portfolio of work demonstrating skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
    • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other design tools. Experience in instructional or training material design is a plus.
  • Competencies & Soft Skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to design materials that are both aesthetically pleasing and informative.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, receiving feedback and adjusting designs accordingly.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
    • Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and designing materials for diverse audiences.

Application Process: We will continue to invite applications for this position until a new Graphic Design Volunteer has been hired. Candidates will submit a letter of interest and CV when they submit their application here: https://form.jotform.com/231144657782562.
