• Conduct client interviews (initial and follow-up) via phone or online, remotely.
• Assess qualifications for direct client assistance.
• Document assistance and services in the Client Assistance System 2.0 according to standards.
• Assist with recovery planning, problem-solving, and advocacy as needed.
• Provide clients with information and referrals to community partners.
• Develop knowledge and skills in casework, recovery planning, systems, and community recovery.
• Work remotely.
