Carey International Group, LLC seeks a Graphic Design Production Lead to oversee end-to-end production, quality, and scalability of visual assets across digital touchpoints, ensuring luxury-grade design translates into production-ready assets that perform online.

You will lead standards, workflows, and collaboration with design, development, and staff app initiatives, driving reusable templates and consistent tooling across customer and staff experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design production or BIM leadership.
• Deep expertise in AEC design tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and constructability.
• Experience in large-scale developments and/or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design standards.
• Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor.
• Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
• Experience operating in multi-business-unit or multi-industry environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams around a common data vision.
