Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Digital Design Supervisor to lead a team of designers, review production specifications, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality graphics across channels.

You will oversee workflows, manage vendor communications, prepare monthly production reports, and mentor staff while staying current with graphic arts technology.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in a corporate or commercial digital design environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Experience managing workflow, priorities, deadlines, and quality in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize and adjust workloads based on changing demands
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Working knowledge of digital design, desktop publishing, and graphic arts production
• Experience working on a Mac platform
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, other departments, and outside vendors
• A professional portfolio is required; applicants must provide either a PDF portfolio or a link to an online portfolio
• Wide-format printing experience is preferred
