Job summary

Carey International Group, LLC is seeking a Graphic Design Production Lead to oversee end-to-end production, quality, and scalability of visual design assets across digital touchpoints, ensuring luxury-grade translation from concept to production.

You will drive standards, workflows, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with design, development, and brand teams, delivering consistent, modular assets for web, mobile, and staff tools from Orlando.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design production or BIM leadership.
• Deep expertise in AEC design tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and constructability.
• Experience in large-scale developments and/or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design standards.
• Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor.
• Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
