As a Graphic Design Manager, you will play a key role in executing creative assets across pitch decks, brand marketing, partnerships, and internal communications. You’ll design for executive-level presentations, resident and external-facing materials, emails, websites, social media, and physical assets. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Experience, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, bringing creative direction to life while ensuring brand consistency and adherence to partner guidelines.

How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam
Pitch Decks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including sales, marketing, and executive leadership to design high-impact pitch decks aimed at executive audiences
- Develop resident and external-facing deliverables that clearly communicate Alfred’s strategic vision and drive conversion, revenue growth, and business development
- Manage fast-paced design projects with tight turnaround times, delivering polished, compelling decks that support key business objectives
- Take complex marketing and communication initiatives and translate them into visually engaging design solutions from conception through delivery with minimal supervision
- Ensure all pitch materials meet the highest standards of accuracy and brand consistency while effectively influencing stakeholders
- Develop and document case studies that demonstrate the impact of creative campaigns and partnerships, providing insights to inform future initiatives
Brand Marketing & Partnerships
- Contribute to the creative vision of the Alfred Brand, ensuring consistent expression across all marketing touchpoints, including email campaigns, social media, blog and website content, digital and print assets, and partnership activations
- Produce all email marketing assets aligned with resident experience initiatives to drive #oneteam monthly participation and satisfaction targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop concepts and execute designs that maintain brand consistency and strengthen partnerships
- Manage design requests from property management partners and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance
Internal Branding
- Execute internal branding design requests that support team communication and culture, including competitions, initiatives, and milestone celebrations
- Ensure all internal creative assets align with Alfred’s brand standards and messaging
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in agency or startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong skills in Figma and Canva for collaborative and quick-turnaround designs
- Advanced knowledge of and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, Canva, Iterable or a similar email automation platform, Instagram, and Lucidchart
- Have an eye for layout, color, typography, and photo art direction with a finger on the pulse of current design trends
- Hands-on experience creating and designing email marketing campaigns
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated problem solver who is self-managed to meet deadlines
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and close the loop, ensuring strong relationships and lines of communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational problem-solving skills, plus the ability to function within deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter, motivated, and able to work with minimal oversight
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in re-prioritizing tasks due to business demands
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS, UX/IU Design, Wireframes, After Effects, Sketch (not required but appreciated)
