Job description

Seeking a highly creative and organized Graphic Design Manager to lead the execution of all brand creative across digital and print channels. This role will oversee a small but talented design team while partnering closely with the Art Director to bring the brand vision to life across marketing, e-commerce, retail, events, packaging, and wholesale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of two Graphic Designers (one Senior Graphic Designer and one Junior Graphic Designer).
• Oversee the development and execution of all digital and print creative assets, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
• Partner closely with the Art Director to translate seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives into compelling visual communications.
• Lead design projects from concept through final production across multiple channels.
• Create and oversee assets for:
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Paid and organic social media
  • E-commerce site content
  • Digital advertising
  • Retail and event collateral
  • Packaging and branded materials
  • Wholesale and sales presentations
  • Print marketing materials
• Establish workflows, prioritize projects, and manage team deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Production, and Sales teams.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay current on design trends, fashion industry aesthetics, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Previous experience managing and developing creative talent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across both digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for e-commerce and performance marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Salary
