Job summary

PostNet Denver is seeking a dedicated design-minded professional to create graphics and printed materials for customers. You will work directly with clients to translate needs into design concepts, prepare files, and set up layouts for production.

Strong portfolio and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint/Slides, and office apps are preferred. You will also support center operations and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills.
• A professional design portfolio, preferably business graphics.
• Proficient with the following applications for center needs: Adobe CS, office apps, and web tools.
• Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience with bulk mailing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates promotional materials including multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards.
• Involved in the output, workflow management, and production of orders.
• Consults with customers on their graphics needs.
• Assists customers with using related applications on center computers.
• Trains other center personnel to use applications.
• Customer Service and Center Operations.
• Assists customers with center services as needed.

Under the supervision of the Center Owner or Manager, this position is responsible for working directly with customers to create designs, and for file preparation, layout, and setup. Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Preferred not required

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills
• A professional design portfolio, preferably including business-related graphics products
• Proficient with the following applications: [choose applications needed for your center]

• Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or design certificate preferred

Physical And Safety Requirements

• Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email, and in-person
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle
• Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and procedures
• Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
