Job summary

Sallee Productions in New York, NY seeks a Graphic Design Intern who is self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented to contribute from week one. You’ll assist designers on live client projects, build pitch decks, and lay out signage files for print.

You'll resize a hero graphic into multiple formats before install and work toward keeping deadlines while learning about luxury brand activations in real spaces.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic graphic design student or recent graduate with an eye for typography and color.
• Ability to design decks, signs and client presentations with attention to brand guidelines.
• Willingness to work on print-ready files and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design and lay out client pitch decks, moodboards and concept presentations.
• Create event graphics: signage, wayfinding, menus, place cards, invitations, name badges and social assets.
• Adapt a brand across print, digital and environmental formats while following guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready files to vendor specs and help proofs.
• Build simple 2D layouts and mockups showing graphics in activation spaces.
• Keep design files, assets and templates organized.
• Join on-site installs to see work in real spaces.
