Job summary

Archinect is seeking a Studio Operations Intern in New York to support graphic design, branding, and marketing deliverables while helping organize studio systems. You will assist with presentations, material palettes, and project deliverables, ensuring brand consistency across materials.

You will coordinate with our social media efforts, help build a CRM in Notion, and support business development activities such as RFPs and proposals. Strong organizational skills and a design eye are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with Notion, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple social platforms and content schedules.
• Strong writing skills for proposals, RFPs, and marketing materials.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, able to manage creative and administrative work.
• Familiarity with AEC or interior design preferred.
