Job summary

Big Frog of Alliance in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a full-time Graphic Design / Inside Sales team member to support in-house production for vinyl and apparel projects. This onsite role focuses on creating computer-generated graphics, preparing materials for application, and helping keep deliveries moving with quality and communication.

You will also assist with production readiness, substrate handling, and basic customer service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium
• Prepare substrates for application, including tasks such as cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining substrates for vinyl application
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images
• Perform quality assurance checks before and after production
• Help unload raw materials, and clean and maintain storage areas
• Maintain machinery in good working order
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Use Illustrator efficiently

Big Frog of Alliance is hiring a full-time Graphic Design / Inside Sales team member to support in-house production for vinyl and apparel projects. This onsite role in Fort Worth, TX focuses on producing computer-generated graphics, preparing materials for application, and helping keep deliveries moving with quality and communication.

In addition to designing and completing print-ready elements using the required tools, you will also support production readiness through substrate handling, machine upkeep, and basic customer service assistance as needed. The pay range is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, and the position includes paid time off.
