Colonial Group Edmond, OK is seeking a Graphic Design Associate to craft high-quality visual communications across marketing, sales, and internal channels. You will develop print and digital collateral, assist with events, and collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of digital and print production processes, including color theory, file formats, and print preparation.
  • Photography and basic video production experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email platforms, and internet-based applications.
  • Experience creating a wide range of marketing materials, including publications, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, displays, presentations, social media content, and digital communications.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to support events, trade shows, meetings, and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging designs, concepts, and layouts that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
  • Develop graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, sales materials, internal communications, social media, digital platforms, employee events, and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Design and produce brochures, magazines (digital and print), flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, signage, trade show materials, and other print and digital collateral.
  • Assist with content creation for web, email, and social media channels.
  • Complete photography and basic video projects as needed.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and business partners to ensure timely and accurate production of marketing materials.
  • Maintain and organize archives of design files, photography, brand assets, and other creative resources.
  • Operate and maintain in-house printing equipment, including monitoring supplies and troubleshooting basic issues when necessary.
  • Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies through ongoing professional development.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
  • Support company events, customer events, trade shows, sales meetings, employee programs, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to develop creative solutions and support organizational goals.
  • Assist with additional Marketing Department projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

Position Summary

Success in this position requires strong creative abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Work Schedule and Travel Requirements
  • Regular work schedule is in office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Occasional travel may be required to attend company events, trade shows, vendor meetings, training opportunities, and other business-related activities.
