Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist
CRS Temporary Housing | Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid: 2 Days On-Site, 3 Days Remote)

Job Overview

CRS Temporary Housing is seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand presence. This creative and detail-oriented professional will support internal marketing initiatives across multiple departments, with a strong emphasis on graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in visual storytelling, layout design, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms.

The role includes developing marketing materials and supporting our Continuing Education (CE) Program by moderating virtual CE classes and managing attendee credits and certificates approximately once a month.

This hybrid role involves completing new hire training on-site, then working two days per week at our Phoenix office, with the remaining days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design & Content Creation
    • Design and maintain marketing and sales materials such as brochures, presentations, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
    • Create and edit assets like infographics, email templates, landing pages, and branded collateral.
    • Source and edit photography and stock imagery to support marketing efforts.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and digital content.
    • Maintain brand voice, style, and design consistency across all channels.
  2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
    • Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Create engaging content to boost audience engagement and brand awareness.
    • Analyze social media metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
  3. Email Marketing & Website Support
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates and tracking performance.
    • Support website content updates, blog posts, and video integrations.
  4. Continuing Education (CE) Class Support
    • Moderate one virtual CE class per month, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
    • Handle post-session processing of credits and certificates.
    • Update CE course materials as needed.
  5. General Marketing & Administrative Support
    • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill marketing requests.
    • Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure campaign success.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department.

Qualifications
  • Graphic Design & Digital Media
    • Strong skills in typography, composition, and layout design.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
    • Ability to produce clean, modern, and impactful designs.
    • Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere) and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Marketing & Content Strategy
    • Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and website content management.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
    • Understanding of HTML and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Communication & Organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and discretion.
  • Technical & Software Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience working in a Mac environment.
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing automation, website management, or video production is a plus.
