Job summary

The Graphic Account Manager at The Freeman Company will handle all customer graphic needs for exhibits, tradeshows, and events, collaborating with Growth, Delivery, and Design teams to ensure accurate execution.

This role supports the Graphics Account Management group under the Growth (Sales) team and offers a hybrid schedule, typically 2-3 days in-office or on-site. Based out of any of several locations including Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task for multiple customers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathers all graphic requirements from the client.
• Delivers graphic requirements to Design and Delivery.
• Coordinates with producing branches on graphic production.
• Establishes graphic deadlines for production lead time.
• Creates designs, layout artwork, samples and finished layouts.
• Works with clients to approve final layout, design, and placement.
• Provides print-ready files after client approval.
• Ensures job quality throughout production.
• Creates and manages manifests for production tracking.
