Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Graphic Account Manager to oversee all client graphic needs for exhibits, tradeshows, corporate events, and public events via visual media.

You will collaborate with Growth, Delivery, and Design teams and with clients to ensure accurate execution. The role supports the Graphics Account Management group under Growth, with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in-office/show site). Locations include Las Vegas, San Diego, Anaheim, Chicago, and Orlando.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience accepted
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Multi-task requirements for multiple customers at a time
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications
• Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Gathers all graphic requirements from the client
• Delivers graphic requirements to Design and Delivery departments
• Coordinates graphic production with producing branches
• Establishes deadlines for production lead time
• Creates designs, layout artwork, samples and final layouts
• Works with clients to approve final layout, design, and placement
• Provides print-ready files for output after client approval
• Ensures job quality through entire production
• Creates and manages manifest for production tracking on all graphics
