Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Graphic Account Manager to oversee client graphic needs for exhibits, tradeshows, corporate events and public events through visual media.

You will collaborate with Growth, Delivery, Design, and clients to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery across multiple projects. This role supports our Graphics Account Management group under the Growth (Sales) team with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Multi-task requirements for multiple customers at a time.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications.
• Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Gather all graphic requirements from clients.
• Deliver all graphics to Design and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate with production for event graphics.
• Establish graphic requirement deadlines for optimum production lead time.
• Create designs, layout artwork, samples and finished layouts for clients.
• Work with clients to approve final layout, design, and placement.
• Provide print-ready files for output after client approval.
• Ensure job quality through full production.
• Create and manage manifest for production tracking.
