Job summary

IBM Consulting in the United States seeks a TS/SCI cleared Graph Workflow Engineer to join mission-critical intelligence workflows supporting DoW Warfighters. Leverage GraphAware Hume, Neo4j, and related tools to wrangle, analyze, and display data for senior leaders.

You will craft graph-enabled analytic solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver decision support across defense intelligence programs. US citizenship and high-level clearance are required.

Qualifications

  • US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance or immediate eligibility per DISS security database (SCI within last 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably STEM
  • 3+ years applying data engineering or software development to analytic tools and graph-based workflows
  • 3+ years programming in Python, JavaScript, Java, VBA, or R for data/soft dev work
  • 1+ year configuring graph-enabled apps in GraphAware Hume or similar platforms

Your role and responsibilities

Our team is committed to providing senior National Security leaders with decision-worthy data and analysis to improve the effectiveness of Intelligence systems supporting DoW Warfighters. The team is building mission-critical intelligence workflows to produce decision advantage for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security, OUSW(I&S). We are seeking a TS//SCI cleared Graph Workflow Engineer with a variety of technical skills, a curiosity to learn and innovate, and general understanding of the defense intelligence enterprise. Our engineering team leverages graph technology and data visualization tools to wrangle, clean, analyze and display data in decision support tools for senior leaders within the Department of War.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance or show immediate eligibility according to DISS security database (SCI within last 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in STEM fields.
  • 3+ years of experience applying data engineering or software development skills to develop analytic tools and deliver graph-based analytic workflows.
  • 3+ years of experience using programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic for Applications, R) to deliver data engineering and/or software development services.
  • 1+ years of experience configuring graph-enabled applications in GraphAware Hume, workflow tools, investigative interfaces, or similar operational software
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Master’s Degree, preferably in STEM fields.
  • 3+ years of general experience in the military or intelligence community; exposure to ISR capabilities is highly desired
  • 1+ year of experience with GraphAware Hume, Neo4j-backed applications, or investigative workflow platforms.
  • Experience and/or proficiency in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Natural Language Processing

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
