Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Graph Data Engineer / SPARQL Developer to design and implement API solutions using SPARQL and Python. The role focuses on telecom provisioning workflows and real-time data architectures with Kafka and REST APIs.

Candidates should have expertise in semantic web technologies, graph databases like Stardog or Neo4j, and strong SQL/Python/JavaScript skills. Graduation in Computer Science is required.

Qualifications

• SPARQL, RDF, OWL, semantic web technologies
• Graph databases (e.g., Stardog, Neo4j)
• SQL, Python, JavaScript for data processing and visualization
• EXFO Ontology (PRONTO) – Necessary but if no resource have this above three are mandatory
• Domain Knowledge: Telecom network architecture, Service Fulfilment (Provisioning and Activation)
• OSS/BSS integration, CMDB, network inventory
• Event-driven and real-time data architectures (Kafka, REST APIs)
