Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States to lead contributions across analytics platforms, streaming, graph analytics, and data pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, design software, and implement features using Kafka, Spark, and graph databases.

The role requires hands-on coding in Java/Scala/Python, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and a commitment to quality through reviews, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience building end-to-end analytics platforms using streaming, graph, and big data technologies.
• Hands-on coding in Java, Scala, or Python with strong knowledge of data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions for the team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive improvements.
