Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks an Economic Development Analyst 1 to support the Historically Disadvantaged Business Assistance program. You will review applications, assist applicants, and monitor funded projects to help small and disadvantaged businesses access critical resources.

The role involves coordinating contracts, reports, and program materials, with opportunities for limited telework in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Within 3 months of graduating may meet educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review program applications and make initial recommendations based on guidelines.
• Track grants, review documents, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and respond to questions from applicants and recipients.
• Prepare contracts, reports, updates, and other program materials.
• Recommend updates to guidelines and suggest process improvements.
• Input and maintain information in program databases for tracking and reporting.
