YWCA OKC is seeking a Grants Manager to lead the identification, development, and stewardship of foundation and corporate grants. You will coordinate with program and finance teams, craft compelling grant proposals, and manage reporting and compliance throughout the grant lifecycle.

The role requires strategic collaboration, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple grants and deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and donor stewardship.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, English, nonprofit management, public administration, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive nonprofit grant writing, grant management, development, or related field.
• Demonstrated success developing competitive grant proposals and managing multiple grants and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with program and finance staff and interpret complex grant requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead identification, research, and evaluation of foundation and corporate grant opportunities.
• Maintain a grant calendar with deadlines, renewals, and funder requirements.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and advancement leadership on funding priorities.
• Write letters of inquiry, grant proposals, and related funder communications.
• Coordinate collection of narratives, budgets, statistics, and outcomes for applications.
• Develop compelling proposals communicating community need and program impact.
• Submit proposals after VP of Advancement & Sustainability/CEO approval.
• Track outcomes and maintain records of submissions and results.
• Serve as primary staff contact for funders through the grant lifecycle.
• Monitor grant implementation, budgets, deliverables, and compliance.
