ELOS Environmental, an Aventia Company, seeks a full-time Grants Manager and Writer to oversee federal and state grants for governmental entities across Louisiana and beyond. You will research opportunities, craft comprehensive grant applications, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance throughout the grant lifecycle.

• Proven experience in grant writing and management, preferably for governmental infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical writing skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience managing grant awards from start to finish and meeting reporting deadlines.
• Ability to conduct research and gather data to support grant applications.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify grant funding opportunities for clients.
• Create annual plans with targeted opportunities to meet client priorities.
• Develop and assemble comprehensive grant applications with narratives, budgets, and supporting docs.
• Oversee grant projects after award, including schedule, budget, procurement, reimbursements and closeout.
