Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsored projects administration.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and foundation funding regulations.
• Proficiency in grants management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full grant lifecycle from pre‑award to post‑award.
• Coordinate with PIs and program staff to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
• Prepare budgets, compliance checks, and submissions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track funding trends and performance.
