Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Grants Specialist - Foundation to lead the research, writing, and submission of compelling grant proposals for the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of verifiable experience in grant development, including federal grants.
• Six years of verifiable experience in grant development, including federal grants, in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PHF and PHS grant-seeking activities, ensuring alignment with internal approval processes and protocols.
• Lead the development and submission of compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry (LOIs), collaborating with departments to gather budgets, objectives, and evaluation metrics.
• Monitor and track grant applications, deadlines, reports, and related communications.
• Collaborate with funders, legal counsel, auditors, vice presidents, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, under the direction of the Senior Development Director.
• Maintain a master grants calendar and centralized library of grant support materials.
• Ensure timely funder acknowledgment, communication, and stewardship.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of grant reports in accordance with funder requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
