Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Grants Specialist to support institutional fundraising through compelling grant writing, research, and grants administration.

You will develop persuasive proposals, communicate program outcomes, and strengthen relationships with institutional supporters, collaborating across teams to deliver strong funding narratives. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, creative writers who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about social impact and nonprofit

Qualifikationen

• Proven nonprofit grant writing experience with independent proposal development.
• Strong writing and editing skills; writing samples may be requested.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities for funder opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and cross‑department coordination.
• Experience with donor management/grant tracking systems; Raiser’s Edge/Instrumentl/Asana familiarity is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive approach to nonprofit fundraising and community impact.

Aufgaben

• Develop and edit grant proposals, letters of inquiry, funding reports, and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to gather updates and maintain consistent donor messaging.
• Research prospective funders, evaluate fit, and prepare donor profiles.
• Maintain grant calendars, deadlines, submissions, and documentation.
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to compile budgets and impact data for proposals.
• Organize grant resources, standard language, and donor records with confidentiality and compliance.
