Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience.
• Completion of the eSPEAR Certification series within the first six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and analyze sponsored project documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform monthly reviews and analyses of fiscal transactions and reconciliation reports; review post-award activities.
• Provide Principal Investigators with clear monthly budget summaries.
• Coordinate personnel appointments and verify effort certifications for project staff; manage mass appointment data for graduate students and faculty.
• Act as liaison between central offices, sponsoring agencies, and the College.
• Support the broader grants team by providing redundancy and assisting in training of new staff.
