Job summary

California Community Foundation is seeking an early to mid-career Grants and Scholarships Administrator to execute all components of foundation grants and scholarships, including structure of grants, regulatory compliance, and education of grants information to CCF staff and external parties.

Responsibilities include fund and nonprofit management to support external and internal customer questions; serves as a key contact for donors, fund contacts, grant seekers, and scholarship contacts.

Job description

This position is responsible for executing all components of foundation grants and scholarships, including structure of grants, regulatory compliance, and education of grants information to CCF staff and external parties. Responsibilities also include fund and nonprofit management to support external and internal customer questions. Supports discretionary grantmaking administration and monitoring. This is an early to mid-career position.

Serves as key contact for several external constituents, including fund contacts (donors, financial advisors, etc.), committee advised scholarship contacts, and grant seekers (nonprofits, teachers, artists, etc.).
