Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support workforce development initiatives and related programs.
  • Administer and monitor grants, contracts, subrecipient activities, and vendor deliverables.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, performance metrics, and program documentation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program data to support evaluation and decision-making.
  • Conduct research on workforce, healthcare, education, and grant-related policies and programs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, guidance documents, and other program materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Support compliance, reporting, and program implementation efforts.
  • Work with healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers, and community organizations.
  • Monitor project activities and identify potential risks, issues, or compliance concerns.

Job Title: Grants Specialist (Workforce Program Analyst)

Location: Providence/Cranston, RI (Hybrid: 3 days onsite one week and 2 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview :

The RHTP Workforce Program Analyst is responsible for supporting workforce development initiatives through program administration, grant and contract management, data analysis, reporting, research, and stakeholder engagement. This role collaborates with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, employers, government agencies, and community partners to support workforce transformation programs and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support workforce development initiatives and related programs.

  • Familiarity with education and workforce training initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
