Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire (UNH) seeks a Finance & Research Operations Coordinator at the Center for Coastal and Ocean Mapping (CCOM) in Durham, NH. This in-person, benefited, full-time hourly role supports program managers, PIs and staff with grant reporting, compliance, and logistics.

Responsibilities include asset/inventory management, shipping logistics, post-award accounting, procurement, and campus-wide support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field with 3 years of grant-funded project administration, negotiation, budgeting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with grant management and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• External Funding Compliance, Inventory and Logistics management and regulatory compliance across the research lifecycle.
• Grant Accounting including post-award budgeting and financial reporting with documentation for grant-funded purchases and stipend requests.
• Additional Support Activities such as budget support, inquiries handling, events, and review of progress reports.
