Qualifications

Experience supporting the pre-award grant lifecycle, including proposal development, budget preparation, and sponsor submissions.
Experience reviewing and interpreting FOAs, sponsor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Act as the pre-award information consultant for researchers.
Provide analysis of sponsor guidelines, develop and review budgets for all grant applications, and review agency application forms and administrative documents.
Ensure the timely submission of proposals to sponsor agencies.
Maintain institutional compliance with federal, state, and other applicable regulations, policies, and procedures regarding sponsored and non-sponsored research.
Review and interpret funding opportunity announcements.
Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure successful grant management.
