Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 2+ years (Analyst II) or more (Analyst III/Senior) of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for research-related departments.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for fiscal management.
• Collaborate with researchers and administrators to monitor funding and address needs.
• Develop financial models, variance analyses, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, funding requirements, and regulations.
• Participate in annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Assist audits and ad hoc analyses as needed.
