Job summary

State of Tennessee is seeking an Executive Service professional to coordinate and report grant activities within the Division of Air Pollution Control. This role ensures EPA compliance and maintains accurate financial and performance records while leading partnerships through the grant lifecycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit grant proposals.
• Review fiscal reports to ensure expenditures align with program codes and funding sources; provide daily approvals to Finance & Accounting during the grant life cycle.
• Develop and maintain system reports to measure compliance.
• Use insights to guide and implement process improvements.
• Lead monthly grant work group meetings to assess milestone progress and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and update SOPs to ensure compliance with grant guidelines and regulations.
