Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years grant experience.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven history of managing grants from private, corporate, and/or government sources.
• Experience in nonprofit financial reporting, budgeting, and grants compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an up-to-date database of proposals and reporting deadlines, keeping staff informed of upcoming due dates.
• Maintains accurate electronic and hard copies of grant files and data for primary grants.
• Serves as liaison between club staff, funders, and grantor to ensure timely, accurate funder reports.
• Prepares data tables to generate grant and project reports.
• Collaborates with program, finance, IT and facilities staff on goals, activities, outcomes, and deliverables.
