Job summary

This role supports budget oversight, reporting, event coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement to advance student success. Employment is contingent on funding; some positions may be hybrid after six months, with on-site presence for academic functions as required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of grant funding policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports and projections.
• Ability to develop grants and proposals and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating programs and advising participants.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees support services and programs for grant participants.
• Administers student applications, evaluation and communications with schools.
• Develops and monitors internal schedules for timely reporting.
• Prepares grant information for parents and participants in coordination with partners.
• Manages grant program processes including funding sources and evaluations.
• Collaborates with colleges, businesses and districts to interpret policies.
• Assists in event planning and program promotion with partners.
• Advises students one-on-one or via phone/online methods.
• Oversees grant program budget allocation and renewal writing.
• Hires, trains and evaluates assigned staff where applicable.
