Job summary

MDH Medical Group seeks a Grants & Programming Manager to coordinate and monitor major grant-funded programs at McDonough District Hospital (MDH). You will oversee Rural Health Transformation and HRSA grant initiatives, working with hospital leadership, departments, Finance, and external partners to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will manage timelines, deliverables, and performance measures, with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health care admin, public health, business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of grant coordination or program management experience.
Experience with federal grants (HRSA/CMS) preferred.
Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with dashboards and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, implement, monitor, and support major grant-funded programs.
Lead two major initiatives including Rural Health Transformation and HRSA grant work.
Serve as liaison among leadership, departments, partners, and funders.
Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, timelines, and compliance.
