Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six years of administrative or professional experience, including three years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Master's degree substitutes for one year; Doctorate substitutes for two years; additional experience counted year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, administer and oversee fiscal aspects of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) in Maryland.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and expenditure tracking for a multi-year program (~$168M).
• Supervise a Fiscal Manager and coordinate with subrecipients and multiple agencies.
