Job summary

The Institute for Family Health is seeking an Associate Grants Manager to support a diverse portfolio of grant-funded projects, including program implementation, grant reporting, financial monitoring, reimbursement requests, and vouchering. This role sits in the Planning and Development Department, contributing to external communications and special projects.

You will coordinate with grant managers, program staff, and funders, ensuring timely deliverables and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 1 year work/internship experience required OR 3 - 5 years related work experience required
• Interest in health care and human services a must; experience in the field a plus

Responsibilities

• Support various projects and grant funded programs
• Prepare and submit grant related reports
• Maintain grant-related documentation
• Review financial data and monitor grant budgets
• Coordinate grant compliance documentation and assist with internal grant setup
• Assist with coordination of grants management efforts to streamline processes
• Generate demographic and clinical reports using EHR reporting system
• Assist with grant proposals and renewals development
• Collaborate with Planning and Development Staff on projects
• Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading materials
