Job summary

The Commit Partnership is seeking an Associate Grants to support the Philanthropic Investments team's institutional funding portfolio. The role focuses on grant reporting, investor engagement planning, grant writing, deliverables management, budget compliance, and cross-department collaboration.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Institutional Giving, the Grants Associate will manage systems, data collection, and provide support to portfolio managers; develop dashboards, ensure data integrity,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2–3 years of grant management or fundraising experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and compile grant reports and deliverables for institutional funders.
  • Track deliverables and update stakeholders on progress and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with grant agreements and funder requirements.
  • Utilize Teamwork for grant timelines and deliverables; maintain Salesforce records.
  • Collaborate with program teams to gather data for reporting and proposals.
  • Support grant writing, investor engagement plans, and donor research.
