Amazon Conservation seeks an organized self-starter to serve as the Program Associate in our Washington, DC office. The role supports day-to-day grant management across multiple projects, coordinating administrative, fundraising, and MEAL tasks, and helping with proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; ability to tailor for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Grant Management Support: maintain project and team systems, grant calendar, and meeting notes.
• Contribute to narrative and financial grant reports; assist with donor communications and presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance for budget tracking, amendments, and disbursements; manage sub‑agreements.
• Lead travel logistics and reimbursements for national and international events.
• Translate materials and support fundraising and proposal development.
• MEAL: participate in KPI data collection across the Alliance.
