Job summary

The Duchossois Family Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Associate to join our small office and support a growing grantmaking program. You will be the first point of contact for grantees and the public, guiding them through guidelines and applications while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, administrative precision, and collaborative project support across the Foundation and family office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with grants management or nonprofit operations is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for grantees and the public, providing information on grantmaking guidelines and application processes.
• Manage evolving grantmaking structure and processes for all foundation grantees.
• Collaborate with Foundation and family office staff, board members, and grant partners to support programs and projects.
