Job summary

TCC Group seeks an energetic Analyst to join the Integrated Initiatives team in our New York City office. The role focuses on grants management, project coordination, and rigorous program analysis within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience with an undergraduate degree OR 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Detail oriented, with an eye for consistency, accuracy, and precision in all areas of work.
• Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Knowledge of, and ability to work within, grantmaking systems – Fluxx is a plus
• Knowledge of, and ability to work within new platforms - Tableau, Zendesk, Mailchimp, and/or Airtable a plus
• Interest in HIV, reproductive justice and women’s rights, mental health, and substance use disorders

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer grants for 2-3 giving programs (30%).
• Lead grant processing during Application, Review, Selection and Payment Processes with supervision from Consultants.
• Support in qualitative and quantitative grantee data collection, synthesis and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day and year-long project management support across multiple client portfolios.
• Participate in meetings with agenda-setting, notetaking, and summaries, and manage evaluations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with grant partners and stakeholders; coordinate engagement events.
• Assist with content development for communications and presentations.
• Consolidate notes for newsletters, fact sheets, reports and externale-mails.
• Lead development and maintenance of Tableau templates for client and grantee audiences.
• Serve as back-up to Associates and Consultants as required.
• Lead design and implementation of research to inform program design and business development efforts.
• Support scheduling, preparation and notetaking for interviews and listening sessions; administer surveys.
• Analyze data and draft reports from qualitative and quantitative tools.
