Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a related field.
• Five years of professional accounting experience with supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree, MBA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of grants, including funding identification, proposal development, submission, award acceptance, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Develop competitive grant proposals and budgets with program and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and funding agency regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive grant reports and dashboards.
• Lead and develop grants staff and ensure timely completion of grant activities.
