Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with grants management or NIH projects is preferred.
• Ability to work with non-technical and technical staff in a proactive manner.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP/DEA with grants management activities and SOP updates.
• Distribute workload and assist with initiative/applications reviews.
• Monitor NIH/NIAID policies impacting clinical research and communicate changes.
• Coordinate with GMP and DEA to draft and update SOPs or internal guidance for grants with clinical research.
• Assist in drafting terms of award and preparing presentations for GMP/NIAID staff.
• Support closeout processes and reporting with GMP staff and grant recipients.
