Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contract operations and grant actions.
• Supervise and lead the Grant Specialists Team.
• Review quality and accuracy of grant actions.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with grants policies and procedures.
• Oversee the Grants lifecycle and regulatory adherence.
