Job summary

The State of Colorado seeks a Grants Specialist III in the Grants Management Office to coordinate the flow of grant documents from request to final dissemination. You will interpret federal guidance and state rules to ensure accurate language and align with preferences for incoming requests.

You will also maintain FSRS/BSIR submissions, update EMGrants Pro and CORE systems, and collaborate across divisions to support grant awards and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts between the Division and OSC/CCU to update agreement templates and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Guide Grant Program Managers in creating appropriate documents for grant awards and sub-recipients.
• Maintain paper and electronic grant files and ensure retention rules are followed.
• Support FSRS, BSIR, CORE, EMGrants Pro updates and reporting to leadership.
