Duties/Responsibilities
  • Grant research, analysis, data and document organization, funding opportunity tracking, and compliance support. Grant Opportunity Research & Funding Landscape Scanning: Identify federal, state, and private grant opportunities; prepare briefings summarizing eligibility, deadlines, and alignment with Auxiliary Services needs. Percentage of time: 40
  • Proposal Writing, Editing & Document Preparation: Draft, proof, and format proposal sections; develop attachments including project descriptions, capability statements, and supporting documentation. Percentage of time: 35
  • Data Collection & Compliance Support: Gather required project data, budgets, metrics, forms, and supporting materials; assist with checklists and pre-submission compliance reviews. Percentage of time: 15
  • Grant Tracking & Administrative Support: Maintain organized grant status trackers, calendars, and digital files; assist with meeting coordination and deadline management. Percentage of time: 10
