• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5+ years in grants administration (federal and non-federal).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and private sponsor regulations and institutional policies.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposals and budgets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with sponsor and institutional policies prior to submission.
• Acts as a liaison between TJU and sponsors, assisting with award negotiation, interpretation of terms, and ensuring compliance with grant conditions.
• Provides guidance, training, and support to faculty, staff, and academic departments on proposal development, sponsor requirements, and institutional policies.
• Coordinates with internal offices to ensure consistency, mitigate risk, and facilitate timely award setup.
