Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Partner Services Analyst to support Federal Partners in Grants management within GrantSolutions. You will document workflows, analyze business objectives, and help implement partner-specific strategies while gaining SME knowledge of the system.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coordinating with partners, handling user requests, and participating in system testing and release analyses to ensure timely, quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate customer service experience and handling of customers.
• Strong organizational skills to use technology, resources, and time efficiently.
• Proficient in MS products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Salesforce and Visio experience is a plus.
• You must obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document federal partner grants management processes and needs.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist with partner communications about updates or news.
• Assist in implementing partner-specific strategy.
• Learn the system to provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
• Become a SME on system components to support partner needs.
• Resolve end-user issues via email, phone, chat or on-site.
• Handle help desk tickets and user requests with teammates.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare materials.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and analyze release notes.
• Perform root cause analysis with partners to drive remediation.
