California Community Foundation (CCF) in Los Angeles seeks a Client Services Officer to manage the full lifecycle of grants across donor-advised, scholarship, and community funds. You will ensure compliance, data integrity, and a high-quality donor experience while guiding stakeholders through complex policies.

The role requires 4+ years in foundations/nonprofits, strong CRM and reporting skills, and a collaborative, client‑centered approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience with a foundation, nonprofit, or public‑sector agency.
• Minimum of four years of experience with advanced technology systems, including CRM, data management, grantmaking systems, and tools such as Salesforce, Docusign, JotForm, and AI tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvements through evaluation and implementation of efficient workflows.
• Strong knowledge of grantmaking, scholarship, and nonprofit regulations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present data through reports, charts, and insights.

• Manage the full lifecycle of standard and complex grants with accuracy and data integrity.
• Serve as a trusted contact for donors, fund advisors, scholarship committees, students, and partners.
• Oversee due diligence, grant structuring, recipient status reviews, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
