Qualifications

• Familiarity with federal grant regulations and international activities/issues relevant to NED’s operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of grants through the full lifecycle from due diligence to closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for grantees on grant requirements, policies, and reporting.
• Coordinate grant modifications and other administrative actions per policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate grant records to support portfolio management and accountability.
• Perform timely closeouts and review financial documentation for completeness.
